1. This operation is conducted according to the fax from Hong Ming Terminal & Stevedoring Corp. on January 9, 2025.

2. Work period: From 08:40 AM to 3:00 PM on January 9, 2025.

3. During the work period, the boom will be lowered to a horizontal position, extending horizontally 60 meters over the water. Warning lights will be activated at night. Vessels near the terminal should pay special attention to the boom to ensure navigational safety.
