3. Waterway Control Schedule (Navigation in these areas will be prohibited during the specified times):
(1) 10:00 - 19:00: Vessel control around the IP display in Love River Bay.
(2) 14:00 - 16:00: Vessel control near Piers 2 to 10 and Floats 21 to 25.
(3) 13:00 - 14:00: Vessel control around the breakwater.
