2. Operation period: From August 23th to September 30th, 2024.

3. Operation vessel: Yuhe Boat.

4. Operation location: The center is located at the Second Anchorage Area of Kaohsiung Port (22°36.5'"N 120°12.4'E) (WGS84 coordinates), extending 200 meters outward in all directions.
