Explanation:

1. This operation is conducted according to the email from Kaohsiung Port 4th Container Center 120/121 Wharf on April 10, 2025.

2. Work period: From 12:00 AM April 14 to 5:00 PM on April 16, 2025 (all-day operation).

3. During the work period, the boom will be lowered to a horizontal position, extending horizontally 64 meters and approximately 43 meters over the water. Warning lights will be activated at night. Vessels near the terminal should pay special attention to the boom to ensure navigational safety.
