2. Activity period: From January 19, 2025, to February 16, 2025.
3. The schedule for the pre-event, event period, and departure is as follows:
(1) Water Testing: Scheduled from January 19 to 24, 2025, at Piers 16-18.
(2) Rehearsal: Scheduled on January 23, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
(3) IP Positioning and Display: Scheduled to set sail from Piers 16-17 at midnight on January 25, 2025, with the display running until 11:59 PM on February 16, 2025. Afterward, the display will be dismantled and moved ashore at Piers 17-18.
(4) Opening Ceremony: Scheduled on January 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
(5) Harbor Tour: Scheduled on February 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
(6) Closing Ceremony: Scheduled on February 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
4. From 12:00 AM on January 19, 2025, to 11:59 PM on February 16, 2025, during the preparation, display, and dismantling periods, vessels are advised to avoid entering the Love River Bay area (within the breakwater of Pier 15) except for vessels required for official or operational purposes. Ships must comply with safety distance precautions set by the event organizers, including guard buoys or guard ships, and are strictly prohibited from approaching the IP display facilities to ensure both event and navigation safety.
