Explanation:

1. According to the email from Taiwan International Shipbuilding Corporation on January 20, 2025.

2. Operation Period: Scheduled between February 3 and February 15, 2025 (to be conducted on one selected day).

3. The testing operation involves "Taiwan Ship No. 16" towing the "counterweight and ocean current generator" from Kaohsiung Port Pier 87. The route will proceed through the Second Port Turning Basin for course adjustment, then pass through the Second Port traffic separation scheme to exit the port. After leaving the port, the operation will not affect the main navigation channel nor pass through the outer anchorage area. The vessel will continue to the designated offshore testing site. Upon completion of the test, the vessel will return along the same route. During the testing period, the escort vessel "Ming Liang No. 9" will be deployed for safety monitoring.
