1. Event Location: Waters in front of the Peng Lai Commercial Port area (part of the channel, turning basin, and auxiliary channel) and Love River Bay waters.
2. The details of the event schedule are as follows:
(a) Preparatory Work: From 16:00 to 17:00 on February 12, 113, the work area will be enclosed, and from 19:00 to 24:00 on February 13, 113, the Yellow Duck No. 1 will be transported to Berth 18. Finally, from 0:00 to 11:00 on February 14, 113, preparations will be carried out onshore.
(b) Harbor Tour Operation: It is scheduled from 11:00 to 17:30 on February 14, 113, to lower the Yellow Duck No. 1 into the sea using a crane and tow it for the harbor tour. The route will be from Berth 18 to Gushan Ferry Terminal, then to the vicinity of Yellow Duck No. 2 for a beak-to-beak ceremony before returning to position in Love River Bay.
3. The water area control measures for the harbor tour activity on February 14, 113, are as follows:
(a) 13:00-17:00: Control of navigation for merchant ships in the auxiliary channel of Berth 1.
(b) 14:00-16:00: Control of navigation for merchant ships in the main channel of Berth 1.
(c) 14:00-16:00: Control of vessels in the waters in front of Berths 1 to 10, except for ferries avoiding the navigation area of Yellow Duck No. 1 during the harbor tour and those operating according to the timetable. Other vessels are required to stay away from the docks.
(d) 14:00-18:00: Prohibition of entry for all vessels into Love River Bay.
4.During the aforementioned harbor tour activity, non-operational vessels are restricted from entering the navigation area of Yellow Duck No. 1. Please inform navigating vessels to exercise caution and give way to ensure safety.
