1. This notice is issued in accordance with Taiwan CSBC-DEME Wind Engineering Co., Ltd. official letter No. 1141119001 dated November 19, 2025.
2. The “GREEN JADE” vessel is scheduled to conduct crane outreach testing at Wharf No. 116 from November 25 to November 28, 2025. During the test, the vessel’s crane will extend approximately **65 meters seaward from the vessel’s hull** and reach a height of **about 38 meters above sea level**, with each test lasting around 20 minutes.
