Explanation:
1. This matter is handled in accordance with the application submitted by Taiwan Ocean Environmental Survey Technology Co., Ltd. on December 16, 2025.
2. The testing plan is scheduled for one selected day between October 15 and December 31, 2025. During the operation, the tugboat “Quangangtong No. 503” will tow the **ballast block and the ocean current power generator** departing from Berth No. 115 of Kaohsiung Port. The convoy will proceed via the Second Harbor Turning Basin to adjust course, pass through the Second Harbor Entrance to enter the traffic separation scheme, exit the port after completing the traffic separation route, and then navigate to the designated offshore testing location without affecting the main navigation channel or passing through the outer anchorage area of the port. Upon completion of the test, the convoy will return along the same route.
3. The designated testing area is enclosed by the following coordinates (WGS84):
