Explanation:
1. The fireworks display area covers the Fourth and Fifth Dock Basins of Kaohsiung Port and Berths No. 27 to No. 30 (as shown in the attached chart). During the fireworks display period, all vessels are strictly prohibited from entering the above-mentioned waters and shall comply with the control measures implemented by the Port Signal Station and the Kaohsiung Harbor Police Department to ensure navigational safety.
2. Official fireworks display control arrangements are as follows:
(1) Display time: From 00:00 to 00:04 on January 1, 2026.
(2) Display location: Waters of the Fourth and Fifth Dock Basins.
(3) Water area control measures: From 22:00 on December 31, 2025, to 01:00 on January 1, 2026, navigation by all types of vessels is prohibited within the Fourth and Fifth Dock Basins, and Berths No. 27 to No. 30 shall be completely vacated.
