Explanation:

1. This operation is conducted according to the fax from OOCL(TAIWAN) CO., Ltd. On March 18, 2025.

2. Work period: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on March 19, 2025.

3. During the work period, the boom will be lowered to a horizontal position, extending approximately 75 meters over the water. Warning lights will be activated at night. Vessels near the terminal should pay special attention to the boom to ensure navigational safety.
