2. The relevant lighthouse information is provided below (see the attached location diagram):
(1) South Outer Breakwater Light, Second Harbor Entrance of Kaohsiung Port
1. Location: 22°32'37.4" N, 120°17'10.4" E.
2. Light characteristic: Red flashing every 6 seconds, Fl.R.6s (light on 1.5 seconds, light off 4.5 seconds).
3. Nominal range: 14 nautical miles.
(2) North Offshore Breakwater Light, Second Harbor Entrance of Kaohsiung Port
1. Location: 22°33'00.9" N, 120°16'22.5" E.
2. Light characteristic: Green flashing every 6 seconds, Fl.G.6s (light on 1.5 seconds, light off 4.5 seconds).
3. Nominal range: 14 nautical miles.
