Explanation:
1. This matter is handled in accordance with Letter No. 11530392500 dated February 4, Year 115, issued by the Marine Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government.
2. Event period:
(1) IP inflatable installation and positioning:
Commencing at 10:00 on February 6, Year 115. From 11:00 to 19:00, departure from Berths No. 17–18 to the Coral Reef Cape of Good Hope area and the High and Low Towers in front of the Kaohsiung Music Center.
(2) IP inflatable exhibition: From February 6 to 22:00 on March 1, Year 115.
(3) Opening ceremony: February 7, Year 115, from 15:00 to 18:00.
(4) Chibi-style floating inflatable water performance: February 8, Year 115, from 14:00 to 18:00.
(5) Closing ceremony: Tentatively scheduled for March 1, Year 115, from 10:00 to 24:00, including morning relocation of the IP installations and the afternoon closing activities.
(6) Dismantling period: Tentatively scheduled for March 2, Year 115, from 09:00 to 17:00, with landing operations at Berths No. 17–18.
