Explanation:

1. This operation is conducted in accordance with J & L MACHINE ENGINEERING INC. ’s fax notice dated March 16, 2026.

2. Operation Period: From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., March 16-17, 2026.

3. During the operation, the crane booms will be lowered to a horizontal position, extending approximately 75 meters over the water. A lighting system will be activated during nighttime hours. Vessels in the vicinity of the wharf are advised to exercise special caution regarding the extended booms to ensure navigational safety.
