1. This notice is issued in accordance with our branch office’s official letters No. 1156202992 dated March 6, 2026, and No. 1156205872 dated April 2, 2026.
2. Event Period: From August 15, 2025, to October 22, 2026.
3. Schedule and Itinerary:
(1) April 17, 2026: The vessel All Star No. 2 will weigh anchor from Cijin Fishing Port and depart for Budai Port, Chiayi, escorted by a fleet.
(2) April 19, 2026: All Star No. 2 is scheduled to enter the port at 10:20 a.m. to rendezvous with the escort fleet. The fleet will proceed in order to Shaocuantou, KWL (KW2), and Wharf No. 8, then turn back toward Wharf No. 41, the Navy's 4th Shipbuilding Yard, and the Cross-Harbor Tunnel, before finally returning to Cijin Fishing Port.

b.Escort Fishing Vessels: Jin Ji Li 16, Jin Ji Li 32, Feng Fu Man, Man Jian Cai 6, Yi Xiang Cai 6, Yi Xiang Cai, Yu Feng Cai 1, Yu Feng Cai 6, Yu Feng Cai 7, Xing Qing Li, Sheng Da Fa 3, Zhen Hong Man.
c.Accompanying Vessels: Royal VIP, VIP Royal, Supercar Yacht 8.
(2) April 19, 2026:
a.Lead Vessel: All Star No. 2
b.Escort Fishing Vessels: Same as above.
c.Accompanying Vessels: Queen Ting Ting, Princess Ting Ting, Supercar Yacht 1, Supercar Yacht 2, Supercar Yacht 3, Supercar Yacht 5.
5. On April 19, 2026, the escort fleet must wait for the rendezvous with *All Star No. 2* within the waters inside the North Breakwater of First Entrance and the waters in front of Wharf No. 2 (as shown in Attachment 2). This is to avoid disrupting the arrival, departure, and navigation of commercial vessels within the port.
